Once again, you've gone way above and beyond what anyone else would do and I am forever in your debt. It removes a tremendous worry from me as soon as I get to Best Western Soldiers Field by Mayo Clinic Rochester, MN hotel, I know I'm in good hands then! I can never say enough about the shuttle service. The desk staff has been very efficient, polite, and friendly. It's so nice to come in from a long, weary day in the clinic to one of their smiling faces and personal greeting. They never fail to know my name that means so much when you're lonely, scared, and homesick. Lastly, you've done a perfectly beautiful job redecorating the hotel. It is just gorgeous! Even the new mattresses are wonderful! All these people have blended well and reflect great credit upon themselves, you, and your character. Without any one piece of the puzzle, the success of the hotel would suffer, but without you, the glue that holds it all together, it would crumble. You should be congratulated, you do a magnificent job! Anytime I hear of anyone coming to Mayo, I always send them here to you. Thank you again from the bottom of my heart. The prompt van service was one of the most important reasons for staying at Best Western Soldiers Field by Mayo Clinic Rochester, MN hotel. It made our stay at the clinic more comforting, knowing we didn't have to worry about when service was running in order to be ready. Thank you, Thank you for the wonderful service. The drivers too were courteous, friendly, and caring. We have been coming to the Mayo Clinic in Rochester, MN since 1964, and this is by far the best service.

This is the second time we have stayed at Best Western Soldier's Field by Mayo Clinic Rochester, MN hotel. The van service is Fantastic! When people are in town because of the Rochester, MN Mayo Clinic or Rochester, MN Hospital services, the last thing they need to worry about is transportation; calling cabs and paying the fares is awkward and expensive, and with driving your own vehicle you have to worry about finding your way, drive time, parking, loading and unloading stuff, and warming up a vehicle in the winter...time consuming and worrisome. Whereas with the shuttle service, you tell them where you are going and there you are. The drivers have the vans warmed up, they help you step into the van if needed, they chat if you want to and they are quiet if you are tired. The van service is a wonderful thing.

During our yearly visits to Rochester, MN Mayo Clinic we used to stay at a Rochester, MN motel that was connected to the clinic via the subway. This was nice, but sometimes it involved lots of walking when we really didn't feel up to it. Then a couple years ago, someone suggested the Best Western Soldiers Field Tower & Suites by Mayo Clinic Rochester, MN hotel. We love it!! The rooms a spacious and lovely, the restaurant is great, the full breakfast (served free) is wonderful, but best of all is the van service. No more long walks when you're tired! Just s phone call and within minutes, the can will take you to the clinic, hospital, Wal-Mart, or anywhere in Rochester, MN. We wouldn't think of staying anywhere else in Rochester, MN. We appreciate all the services at the Best Western Soldiers Field by Mayo Clinic Rochester, MN hotel.

This is our first time to Rochester, MN. We were here for a kidney transplant evaluation for Don. It has been wonderful to not have to be concerned about getting to appointments. Just go to the office and tell them where we need to go and on our way in a matter of minutes. To get back just tell the door people at the Rochester, MN Mayo Clinic and in a few minutes you are back at the hotel. Great accommodations, really liked our suite, 2 T.V.s!! Continental breakfast was just so good and tasty, so much to choose from, including Hot Waffles. The vans even take you to the grocery store, drop you off at the front door and pick you up when you are finished at the front door. We can not say enough good things about this place in Rochester, MN.

The van or shuttle service is such a draw to stay in your hotel in Rochester, MN. Actually it is the main reason we do so. The fellows that drive and operate these vans are respectful and patient, friendly and courteous and go out of their way for all of us. The vans are clean and warm. Our car stays in the parking lot and we enjoy front door access to and from our destination in Rochester, MN. This has been our 4th stay in 10 months and during these visits to Rochester, MN we have had to deal with some grave times so to see a smile and that familiar van waiting for us is big to us. They have a van, shuttle courtesy service which they provide for the guests. They drive you anywhere in Rochester, MN from the mayo, to shopping, to dining out. When we knew we were coming to the Mayo Clinic in Rochester, MN. we were very upset about being told by our doctor that my husband possibly had cancer. Our first thoughts were Mayo Clinic in Rochester, MN to get the best diagnosis, but it was far from home and in the middle of winter. A friend of ours who had been to Rochester, MN before told us about the Best Western Soldiers Field by Mayo Clinic Rochester, MN hotel and that it was the place to stay. When we arrived in Rochester, MN we saw a lot of motels, but were looking for the one he had told us about. I am so glad we found you. We parked our car after checking in and did not get back into it until we were ready to come home. Your shuttle took us everywhere, clinic appointments, restaurants, malls, anywhere in Rochester, MN. The drivers were friendly and very helpful. The continental breakfast was great, "even Homemade Waffles". The personnel at the facility in Rochester, MN were great. A wonderful place to stay for a terrible time.

Best Western Soldiers Field by Mayo Clinic Rochester, MN hotel is a great hotel. There's a nice pool, a baby pool, and a hot tub. There is a gift shop with beanie babys. You'll get nickalodian on TV. You'll have good beds to sleep in, droors to put your clothes in. You'll have extra pillows for the beds. If you wan't, you can get a hotel bus to take you places. you'll have a great time at Best Western to make reservashons, call: 1-800-366-2067. Go to Best Western Right now!

My Favorite part about staying here beside the location & the nice rooms is the Courtesy Van that will take you anywhere you want to go - not just the Mayo Clinic. This is our 12th trip to your great city with many more to come. You will see us again.
